Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

Every consumer review available on our product pages is checked for authenticity before publication, ensuring that reviews come exclusively from consumers who have actually purchased and used the products being reviewed.

This verification is carried out by restricting the ability to submit a review exclusively to consumers who have previously purchased the relevant product through our online shop. The submission of a review is linked to a verified purchase. This ensures that only reviews from actual buyers are published.
