Create custom patches

At German Operator, you can create your own custom patches. We design each patch individually according to your wishes, whether for your company, club, or airsoft team. All patches come with a hook-and-loop backing and a matching loop surface.

We offer all common manufacturing processes for you:

• Embroidered and woven patches:
Embroidered patches are suitable for text-based designs without complex graphics. Web patches offer greater detail and are better suited for more elaborate designs. During the ordering process, we will advise you in detail and work with you to find the perfect production method.

• PVC Patches:
The rubber patch is perfect for vibrant colors. It's washable and waterproof, making it very popular with paintball teams and fire departments. We can also create detailed 3D shapes on the PVC patch. Fluorescent colors are also easily achievable for our team.

• Printed patches:
Photographs can be printed onto patches with exceptional detail using the sublimation process. This is the best way to transfer vibrant images onto a patch, offering the highest level of detail.
